A passionate Web Designer is required to work on a wide range of websites and software solutions.  This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned designer with some commercial experience and a passion for design to enhance their career while working within a global company with an impressive web presence.  The successful applicant will be afforded the opportunity to design high traffic websites and/or redesign current sites while delivering user-centered interfaces for Clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Designing templates for web pages using a variety of programs and software while choosing components that make the site visually appealing to viewers
• Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web
• Testing the site for full functionality in different browsers and different resolutions

Required Competencies:

• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash, HTML and CSS
• Must be well versed in JavaScript and MySQL
• Must have experience working in a digital environment and must bring creative flare to an already dynamic design team
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be dedicated and highly motivated
• Must be able to find a good balance between how the web pages look versus how they function
• Good Work Ethic
• Any experience with implementing and developing content management systems would be an asset

Your schedule will mostly be big blocks of time split between working on a particular assignment and managing projects/supervising the creative team. Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Help conceptualize, plan, and monitor features for new and existing web applications
• Develop prototypes and implement back ends for new database driven websites and web applications
• Support live projects and websites with updates and new features
• Work closely with the creative team to integrate solutions into the front end
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce solutions that fulfill the overall marketing campaign
• Work internally to improve our service offerings

Project Coordinator

A dedicated Project Coordinator is required to work with a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch Web Development and business marketing strategies to Clients.  The Project Coordinator is responsible for final delivery of all web and design projects for the Global Marketing team. The Employee will have a high degree of client interaction serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the company. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will oversee project budgets.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Primary client contact for web design projects
• Manage the existing project management system for the creative and development teams
• Manage the day-to-day operational scope of work
• Request necessary project material in a timely manner
• Effectively enforce project standards and quality assurance
• Ensure the client is continuously informed of project progress
• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
• Manage and adhere to project budgets
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Required Competencies:

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 2 years experience in a client services role; excellent account management skills required
• Demonstrated experience working in fast paced, deadline driven role; strong project management skills required
• Experience managing large quantity of projects; including financial budgets and forecasts
• Strong attention to detail and decision making abilities
• Experience managing and leading others;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to work well in a collaborative/team environment
